1General Terms

By using the 12jet website (https://12jet.ws), you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and 12jet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2Account registration

To create an account on 12jet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false details is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.

• Preferred payment method

Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, IP address, or device, all accounts will be terminated and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are liable for all activity on your account unless you immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access.

3Age Verification

12jet strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from using this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time to verify your age. If verification reveals that a user is under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned, but no bonuses or winnings will be paid out.

4Deposits & Payments

To make a deposit at 12jet, log in to your account and go to the payment section. We support the following payment methods:

Deposit Rules:

5Withdrawal rules

To withdraw funds from 12jet, your account must be fully verified (KYC). Withdrawal requests cannot be processed without completed verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (may vary by account)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal

If 12jet suspects any fraudulent activity or money laundering, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Accounts may be temporarily restricted during this process.

6Bonus Terms & Conditions

12jet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming. General bonus conditions are outlined below:

Wagering requirements:

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x)
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirements will result in bonus cancellation
• All bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires

Bonus eligibility restrictions:

• Each promotion is valid once per person/household/address/device
• If bonus abuse is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited
• Some games do not contribute — or contribute only partially — toward bonus wagering requirements

7Gaming rules

All games on 12jet are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• In the event of a technical error during gameplay, 12jet reserves the right to void the affected round
• Incorrect payouts displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the gaming software will be forfeited
• The use of any manipulation tools or cheat software is strictly prohibited
• Colluding with other players is strictly prohibited

8Account suspension & termination

12jet may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering with false information or bypassing the verification process
• Managing multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity
• Users Under 18
• Harassment or misconduct toward other players

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If your account has a remaining balance at the time of closure and no rule violations are found, the balance will be refunded in full.

9Limitation of liability

12jet provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees of suitability for any particular purpose. 12jet is not liable for the following:

• Gaming session interrupted due to loss of internet connection
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Issues caused by the user's own device or network
• Temporary service disruption due to an unexpected technical error

In any dispute, 12jet's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question. 12jet is not obligated to pay any indirect or consequential damages arising from gaming losses.
